Peru is a mystical country situated on the western side of South America, stretching over 2000 kilometers along the Pacific coast between Chile to the South & Ecuador to the north. It shares borders with five Latin American countries & has the richest history in South America. Many of its ruins are shrouded in legend & mystery.

Peru contains many natural and geographical wonders. It is the birth place of the mighty Amazon River & has some of the richest rain forests in the world. It is also home to the world's highest navigable lake at over 15000 feet above sea level, whose shores are guarded by ancient monoliths. Peru's coast is the largest and driest desert in South America's, running the full extent of its coast line, making Peru a land of great contrasts.
